Text channel of the call is closed... Noobody can text inside a voice channel

I want to leave it closed because it is open.
Every call that is created, the call text chat is open, understand? I wanted it to be closed by default.

Perms are synced from category or creator channel
So you could change settings in category/creator.
And new tempvoice channels will inherit that.
Give it a try and lemme know if your problem was solved. 
I left these permissions activated in the category where calls are created and even so, whenever a new call is created, the call chat always remains open, unfortunately.
You have "Sync from Category" option selected?
You have to deny "Send message" for everyone in the category
Yes, I activated this option on the website dashboard and activated these permissions in the category where calls are created.
