#WD-L Steam Editions Question

Hi (little bit of a longer read, I'm not great at keeping things short :D),

TLDR

Is there a difference between the Ultimate Edition and the Deluxe Edition + the Season Pass of WD-L?

I looked around a bunch already, but I can't seem to be finding what I'm looking for, maybe someone here knows the answer

I like to collect all DLCs, that I can, of things I buy and therefore, I was looking in Steam's Summer Sale and on Steam, there are three "Special Editions" of WD-L, right?

And, as far as I can tell, they seem to be the same Editions, as on the Ubisoft Store

Deluxe - Base Game + Ultimate Pack
Gold - Base Game + Season Pass
Ultimate - Base Game + Ultimate Pack + Season Pass

But buying the Deluxe Edition + Season Pass on Steam, is (especially without a sale) less expensive (109,98€), than buying the Ultimate Edition (119,99€) (now that I look it up on the Ubisoft Website again, I can see, that the same seems to apply to there)

And, on Steam, it seems like the Urban Jungle Pack and / or some other content, might be missing from the Deluxe Edition, which you can't get, unless buying the Ultimate Edition (even when buying the Season Pass)

I just wanted to ask, if anyone knows any details about that (what is included in the Deluxe vs Ultimate Editions, besides the Base Game and the Season Pass etc) because I'm getting seriously frustrated, by Ubisoft's intransparency, when it comes to DLCs and I really don't want to waste my money, if I can help it xD

Yeah, you're right, Ubisoft’s editions are a mess.
So, basically The Season Pass includes:

Watch Dogs: Complete Edition (the first game)
Bloodline DLC (with Aiden Pearce, Wrench, Mina, Darcy)
Extra missions and cosmetics

The Ultimate Pack (only in Deluxe and Ultimate) includes:

Lynx Operative
3 unique masks
1-week VIP status (Deluxe) or 4-week (Ultimate)

The Urban Jungle Pack (only in Ultimate) adds:

Leopard, Viper, and another unique operative
Exclusive outfits and masks

So Why Is Deluxe + Season Pass Cheaper?
Because Ubisoft bundles the Urban Jungle Pack and extended VIP status only in the Ultimate Edition — and those aren’t sold separately. So even if you buy Deluxe + Season Pass, you won’t get:

The Urban Jungle Pack
The extra 3 operatives (Leopard, Viper, etc.)
4-week VIP status

That’s the key difference. If you’re a completionist, Ultimate Edition is the only way to get everything in one go.
To make the long story short, if you’re okay skipping cosmetics and a few operatives, Deluxe + Season Pass is a solid deal. But if you want every DLC and exclusive character, Ultimate is the way to go — even if it’s slightly pricier.
