I can't access wrench, Aiden or the two other operatives in story

I had bought the season pass for legion two days ago and beat the bloodline dlc, but when I go into the main campaign, I can't play as wrench, Aiden or the other two. It just says unavailable and there's no recruitment missions appearing.

You need to progress past 'Digging up the past' i think it is. Aiden, Wrench and Mina will then appear outside the safehouse ready to recruit
