I dont even know what to do I cannot open Watch Dogs 1 from steam anymore I click it it shows launching never does then closes itself I neeeeed help bad

I've tried launching it thru ubi connect and steam and I am logged into ubi connect as well
I've also verified game files and uninstalled and reinstalled the game again

I wanna help but I don't know whats the best thing to do, other then state the obvious
it works on my PC, but not yours which tells us that it's something to do with your computer
you don't have mods, but you have upgraded your parts
I had a friend (as well as when you search online) have issues with WD2 and it's rendering, the game would have a very minor flicker effect constantly
from what I understand, it's due to how the game renders lighting, and the new 40 series cards from nvidia
before when you said you upgraded, I know you didn't mention updating your graphics card, but what one do you have anyway?
