I need help with how to play WDL offline

I'm using mods I play on a PC and I'm trying to use mods and for the mod to work it requires me to be offline and I can't seem to figure out how to switch ubisoft connect offline

Yeah I was trying to use the extra clothes nod and I CANT USE THAT because they removed the go offline button
