Prism location on map has no prism, run unfinishable

The final prism on the overworld should have spawned down in this lab, but after multiple attempts at extracting and coming back, there is still no prism, making the run unfinishable. We checked the surface where it was located, just in case, but no prism was found up there. Seed and ver. are in the posted screenshot.

Ah bummer. I've had this issue too and others have reported as well. Logging and aiming to fix asap
