#Screen Blacked out after extraction / UI only?

Was hosting co-op with zero issues I was aware of, however after the group started extracting I (outside of the extraction zone) fell into the water and the animation/transition screen began as I was drowning. Upon loading back into the hub I was stuck on a black screen with just the mini-map & UI as far as I could see, I started a new expedition in the hopes that it would fix the issue- however it persisted even after spawning on the shrine.

I appologies for not getting a ss but this was post hot fix, if anyone else has encountered this or is able to reproduce the bug I would greatly appreciate it! (I don't believe I've seen this reported yet, However if it has been I would be more than happy to move my experience to the appropriate thread)

quitting to title did correct the issue though,

sorry- this is probably pretty niche, best guess is that somewhere between it resetting my character back on ground & not being inside the extraction at the time of completion something messes up. Only time ive seen this in abt 12 hours so far (ive been having a great time otherwise lol). I was fully able to move or at least as best as I could tell from the mini-map, some kind of layer or screen wipe just got stuck over my screen I think?
