Seem to get status effects sometimes from falling. Not sure which weapon if at all it comes from, because I've always been in the heat of things when it happens and forget to check what the effects are. Something is off there though..happens occasionally with drowning too.

Can confirm, whenever I take fall damage I end up being afflicted with whatever status effect my Blade has

Same thing happens to me. Fall damage or drowning applies the weapons' status effect to the player 🤷♂️
