everything "displays" just fine, but on weapons/armor they display 2 of the model inside the frame and the rarity is above the name of the item for some reason, is this a mod conflict issue?

think I figured out the conflict, its with Legendary Tooltips for anyone encountering the same issue

You have installed two mods that completely rework the tooltips. Of course they won't be compatible...

For anyone else having problems with this, if you want to keep both mods so you can still have the cool borders, you can change this line in the Legendary Tooltips config to "NONE" to disable the 3D render that shows underneath the one shown by Obscure Tooltips. Fixed the issue for me 👍
