#Accessory slots 3 and 4 broke again

Not sure what happened but slots 3 and 4 have been swapped with "new" non-functional slots.
Accessories that were there are gone, but their affects are still active. These new slots do not work, putting accessories in them does nothing.
And this thing seems to have happened game-wide, like, my other character now has the same problem

Update: fully restarting the game fixed the problem
