I am putting this under bug report rather than suggestions because it feels like an oversight

Either that or the place it's displayed at is unintuitive, should be right on the weapon itself

i guess on the topic of missing tooltip information as well, just noticed

hovering over armor in the inventory while you have a full set equipped doesn't show set bonus effects like in vanilla terraria

the +1 defense bonus of the boreal wood set isn't showing up, but is clearly being applied (as i have 4 defense instead of 3)
