I think Hellrack also doesnt summon imps

Hellrack works. Eagle doesn't, looking into that now.

Came to report this bug, happened to pick one up and wanted to see if it worked, shot some quill beasts/zombies in a1 and didn't see a single raven spawn. Playing barb. I probably wont use it anyways I just wanted some ravens for le meme.
