The IAS isn't displayed in the 'advanced stats' window.
Does the +IAS from the aura work?

• Aura is shown on character
• aura buffs the AR/DMG in character stats window
• FCR is displayed with 6% in advanced stats (there's 1 hard point in it)
• didn't tested the additional stats in case it's just a display error

It's a different variation of attack speed called attackrate in itemstatcost.txt used only on skills and it directly modifies the base speed before item_fasterattackrate is applied. It's used on Decrepify, Fanaticism and Werewolf also, perhaps others but those are the bigguns.
