Are they "which app will go into this workspace when it launches" and "which apps will be launched as soon as this workspace was created"? Am I understanding them correctly?

I'm pretty sure it's intended to move applications you currently have open (before running Komorebi) to a monitor/workspace you specify in the config upon launching Komorebi. It also seems to handle moving applications after launching them while Komorebi is actively running. It doesn't seem to open the applications, at least in my usage. I was a bit confused on this as well but I have started tinkering with it in my config 🙂

workspace_rules are persistent - if you try to move an app from it's assigned workspace it will be immediately put straight back
