I would advise to start with sending a non-decimal amount, say 1 000 000
Then, see on Laboratory or Stellar Expert how the balances of each account have changed

I do not know what your token is, but neither of those accounts has an established trustline or balance at the moment.

non decimal amount is working fine.

we don't need to maintain any trustline for tranfering token via smart contract..we can directly transferrd to any account
