Soroban CLI is on version 20.0.0-rc2.
I've been trying to bump deployed contracts via the CLI, which worked fine before the latest Futurenet update. Currently getting malformed transaction errors. This also happens on a standalone network running the latest stellar/quickstart:soroban-dev.

It's a bug. Lower the ledgers-to-expire until it works.
Note that you'll run into another bug then (Ledger not found), but it executes successful.
