After triggering the cave bug, i can't interact with items.

Reload your save should fix this issue btw

I posted the Sendell's cave bug just before this one, you can check there the details. And yes, reloading the save fix this.

I had the boat interaction failing occasionally as well. Had to do a jump into the boat to trigger it.
