D2RLAN v1.8.1 , current version 0.9.9.9GAI but trying to get info before updating to 0.9.9.9GB. Update says come to discord for full instructions for protecting characters from update but I searched at the top for it and all I find is 0.9.9.9GAI posts instead of 0.9.9.9GB and launcher says it wants me to update. Also the GAI version the Megademon (Demon)
Balrog, Pit Lord, Venom Lord in act 4 have too high of resist and needs scaled down after the GAI patch it made act 4 unplayable. Me and my friend stopped playing until there is a fix. Previously there was a issue that was making text descriptions not show for the orb enhancements after a update but I used chat gpt to fix it, I think it had me backup my characters and remove all files and redownload and that fixed the text issue. Just need resists fixed on those winged venom lords at diablo and info on how to backup characters so they are compatible with the newest update, thanks.

The GAI patch was the halloween patch, demons got buffs, nothing was impossible to kill. Just required you to put -immunity into your build or use the 2 candy potion that ignores resistances.
Now that the event is done, resists are back to normal.

Thank you, understood. What about the Read Me Or Else about full instructions to backup my characters before newest update? The link you provided twice just says hashtag unknown and when I click on it says I dont have access to this link

Thank you I missed the step of confirming rules for group, ok I applied the debug loot filter and im looking at items and it hasnt applied anything different to them but I do notice my enhancement crystal text description is gone again.

just change your filters back when your done and should be fine

Well it says to apply filter and it should add text to items so I can identify which ones are incompatible with new patch, I dont see any extra being added to any of my items.

it will post in chat if there is an item in your stash/inventory/shared stash
For the shared stash just switch pages 1-what ever number and check chat each time. or you can look through every item 1 at a time.
If you started the game in GAI then you wont have any items that are incompatible
cause the incompatible items dont drop anymore during that patch

Ah I see makes sense. My issue now is I turned filters off back the way it was and restarted game and still no text description for crystals and my shared stash tabs are blank for all characters but personal stash shows.
