The game crashes in the legacy mode when trying to use the teleport skill. (The gem you get after beating normal drops a gem stone that gives +1 to teleport.)
For some reason I suspect that there is no icon attached to the teleport skill in legacy mode from that charm which is causing the crash.
(I play in legacy mode since it looks far better imo and it's more nostalgic.)

Also I don't really expect support, I just wanted to mention a bug.
Version I'm using is 2.6.8

It is a known Issue.
You should have access to the mentioned channels if you completed the new person onboarding process.
