Hello, I can't download the TCP/IP rar files. It keeps giving me this message – see image. Is it possible to put the files somewhere for free download? The maximum speed is 2 MB/s, it takes hours, and it always gets stuck right here...

I don't speak English... I hardly ever use Discord, and you don't have email.
Why don't you put the files somewhere where they can be downloaded for free? Like Google Drive or something?
It downloads at a maximum of 2 MB/s, even though I have gigabit fiber. You have a time window, and with such a slow download speed, it's simply not going to happen in time.
I'm obviously not the only one with this problem. I've pointed out a serious error to you, but even though the solution is simple, you don't want to use it...?

It will download as fast as YOUR internet allows it to. If you're not reaching speeds you expect, then it's issue with your network.
Due to your geo location, your ISP rules, etc. There is nothing more I can do to fix that.

So just remove the "time window" - let me download for as long as I want, instead of counting down the time and then disconnecting me.

#

And also, why can't these files be downloaded elsewhere?

I don't control multi-billion dollar companies, sorry. If they want to disconnect you because your dl is too long/slow, that's on them.

This is nonsense. It's not about billions. For example, Google Drive is free. There are lots of other free storage options too. So why can't I download the file elsewhere?

There's a time limit. Why? Why does it count down the time it takes to download? Just remove the timer so I can download it all night long—then I'll be happy to download it slowly.
My provider doesn't limit my speed. I'm in Europe—if my provider limited it, they'd be out of business.

I have pointed out a bug to you, and there are other reports about it here as well. I'm not alone; there are clearly many of us.
I have suggested several simple solutions (put the file somewhere else, or remove that pointless timer!), but you simply refuse.
You have created a program that could help a lot of players, but it's only for the chosen few...
