When i click on Customizations the blue indicator goes to it but the launcher does nothing.
I have reinstalled the mod completely several times. I used D2RLaunch and everything worked fine wanted to switch to D2RLAN to play with friends i hope you can help me i have no clue about the code but the missing levels.txt files inside the TCP mod are missing if i copy them over from a mod from D2RLaunch it will recognize them and i can open customizations tab but no changes will be saved and game start to crash.

Some additional information
I have win10 no additional AV software installed and tried a complete new fresh installation while Windows Defender was shut down - no change
Sidenote: i did not get ask to use previously loaded data so i have to download the ~28gb everytime
My friend has a PC with win 11 he has a different internet provider and never used d2rlaunch or d2rlan so i tried a clean install on his pc it came to the same result
Then i tried the LAN Mod Zip folder from @sharp forum in another bug post and his mod file was more than double that size than mine after i restarted the launcher and select his mod the launcher let me access to customizations tab but none of the changes i made, take effect, the launcher keeps the settings as i set them but ingame there is no effect.
The expanded storage only shows the first 7 pages with bigger inventory but there is no drop down menu
I appreciate any help and can provide further information
