App Version: 1.4.6
D2RHUD Version: Unknown
Issue: Game won't launch
Details: I'm having issues with D2RLAN. It doesn't matter which mod I select, either the basic TCP or my own, it never launches D2R when I click Play Mod. I've added two error logs, one is from when I first started the launcher, and reopened it a few times. The other is a fresh log, with the launcher reopened a few times.

I've made sure to load up my vanilla D2R from the Battle.net launcher just to be sure, and it still hasn't helped. I'd really like to get this going so I can play with a buddy of mine.

If base TCP fails to load then the files are incomplete, make sure the data folder contains all 27.1GB+ of files in your D2RLan directory

The data folder does indeed have 27.1GB of files.

#

I can also launch the D2R.exe and it seems to run fine

Show me your launcher please.

Interesting Mod choices

Grabbing the one that says (Install First) did cause the game to launch again, but the Play Mod button still wont work

Well these should be the only "Mod Choices" unless you tried to create your own mod

I did, yeah. But the TCP mod doesn't even launch. MY buddy just tested on his own computer and the game launches fine with my mod

Hmm well I just tried a fresh install of TCP and the launcher, both start fine. I've never seen "TCP files (Install First) in the mod choice launch parameters before, seems quite odd. Can try adding this to the D2RLan/D2R/Mods directory.

#

You're also missing files from TCP, should be 205 total in the data directory. I would hit Download New Mod->TCP Files (Install These First) and acquire the missing ones.

Okay, your 7zip works after I removed the TCP folder I had and added yours

#

And after redownloading the TCP files, Data still only has 202 Files

#

Also redownloading just creates that (Install First) entry

Whats inside the directory?

I got it to work by defaulting some of the QoL settings I had changed

#

I had my buddy list out what he had, and it works now
