Hi i think my game keeps crashing because of this.
Anything i can do to fix this?

Seems to me that you already have a background process open or you have some sort of folder or antivirus permission issue

Would a reinstall of the mod help?

Doubtful. I'd honestly just try restarting PC. See if you have background app that wont close

Restarted it a couple a times. Closed all back ground apps running. Still crashes after 10 min of trials.
So weird. It was running fine these last 2 weeks. 🙁

Then doubt it's anything to do with app, and likely not mod either. I can't vouch for it personally, but seems there has been various users experiencing similar issues as of late.
Seems to be paired with NVIDIA + Windows updates?

Can ignore the forum, just easier to find for me:

Downgrading to NVIDIA 576.28 also seems to have helped some people.

Changed all this. Still crashes. Guess its has something to do with my ant virus permission.

Could definitely cause it also

Pff im way over my head here. Cant seem to figure out whats wrong.
Any chance this will be dealt with in future updates? Cause im done dealing with it today😂

This isnt an issue on our end to my knowledge man. There is nothing for us to "deal" with.

  • Add your folders to Antivirus as exclusion so it ignores them
  • Mess with in-game graphics settings, either cranking everything to max, or limiting things, etc
  • Investigate the NVIDIA / Windows issues some others have experienced, etc

I would love to tell you "this is the problem, here's fix". It's not that simple.
