Hello, new guy here. I just can't seem to download the .exe. This is what I see when I click on the SP link, similar issue with the MP link

Ya not exactly a normal issue, so no mirror has ever really been needed for it.
I'd second what sheep says, try a free VPN such as Windscribe
Be surprised how many times it's just ISP weirdness for lack of a better way to put it.
