I keep getting this message about every 5-10 minutes, in-game or game closed.

Is it something i can fix?

Then I would check you don't somehow have 2 copies of the launcher open.
Basically it's just telling you a character backup for that timestamp already exists.
It normally waits at least minutes in between backups (which means timestamp would be different).
I havn't personally seen this error from ppl before, and so only other thing I can think of is that you have 2 copies open...and both trying to make backups.
