#Problems with MP/and mastery blaze wolf, not increment life

Hi, I'm sorry to open another thread today. We have both the launcher and the game updated, and it still keeps crashing in MP games. Plus, the Blaze Wolf's ability also doesn't increase . The mastery doesn't increase, but life stays the same. Does this happen to anyone else? Thanks.
