Launch D2R through Battle.Net and go online and in game and it'll generate everything needed.

so after the installation of remodded it is required to relog into bnet?

tried normal & admin launch of d2r, bnet online, offline . everything runs.

but while using d2rlaunch it just wont launch a game client, error log still reg issues

Then you have an issue with your D2R install. You may need to reinstall it if you've moved drives or such.

Yep we check for valid installs, noone else does.
