Getting a D2R launch error(See Image), D2RLauncher loads increibly slow and refuses to show the mod list when installing new mods.

Looks like an ISP or AV/Firewall issue.
I'd recommend disabling any 3rd-party security products temporarily.
If issue persists, use a free VPN for troubleshooting purposes, such as https://windscribe.com (desktop version, not browser plugin)

(Helping Wedwizard) - So they have Radmin VPN installed if that would work for troubleshooting. No 3rd party security products active. 2 things to note are they did install the mod before they owned D2R, also they do use Starlink for internet.

Not really sure, it's basically nothing to do with me, heh.
It is Google that is blocking Starlink, for w/e reasons it has, I have no idea.
Using VPN makes google happy, and then it can retrieve list and such from it.
I've helped other users who had this issue that also use starlink, and why I say it has "known issues", even though dunno why.

My best guess is the way your IP bounces off changing satelites so it doesnt provide a very stable "connection?(not good at the jargan). By having a VPN it probably sends those bounces into a stable IP location that it routes from for a happy google.
