Hello, I've heard other people go through this before but I've tried copy + pasting the most recent shared stash backup and renaming it to the same as in the saved folder but it still doesn't appear, am I doing something wrong ?

As in delete the old stash page before pasting the last save ? If so i gave that a try yesterday and no luck.
Oh I think i see what you mean now! there are actual saved pages.
