I have been unable to change the language of TCP. I change to any text or audio language in the launcher but this does not change anything.
I already re-installed the launcher and TCP and still the same.
The launcher language changes OK. This issues is just with the in-game langauge

I downloaded the TCP version using the LAN launcher and thats the game is running
Any of the settings seems to be working

yes but I dont have it installed or anything. The launcher downloads and runs a different game, right? Im using the DR2LAN launcher

i have, and i actually "figured out"
my regular d2r installation was set to PTBR

then i set it to english, and swapped in the launhcer for the mod to something else then back to english
