D2RLaunch can't find my mods, none of the buttons work in the program, can't set a path to where the mods are located and it can't find it it self.
I have installed all the things in the folder_InstallMeFirst

Usually means you simply dont have any mods installed yet. Can click download new mod

Can't use any of the buttons, i can expand the menus in the side, just the buttons don't do any thing, same screen all the time.

Then likely need to run as admin or it's issue with your ISP

Or there is some file i need to edit so it can see my mods i already have and use, internet is working fine, program is running as admin

Nothing to edit. Click the "Create-A-Mod" button

That does nothing as i already said, the program shows same page as the image, i can expand the side menus but when i click anything nothing happens, program is not frozen

Then the issue is on your end somewhere. You're missing the needed framework or have something else interfering, etc.

Well i just don't use the program then, you got an issue reading and understanding what people write or just skip it.
