#Unhandled exception crash D2Remodded

I can launch the game from the launcher, but once I get to the main menu screen and it says "Hit any key to begin" it will crash and give me a blizzard crash code, which doesn't tell me anything when I look it up, but I also get another error window saying this.

I saw a couple of other reports saying this issue was consistent with the vault, and to find the bugged item in the shared stash, but my game was working perfectly before last night, and if my game is showing this crash before I can even enter the main menu, how am I supposed to fetch the bugged item that's supposedly crashing my game?

Mod version 0.9.9.8B

I changed the name to the d2remodded saves folder so the game would generate a whole new saves folder to rule out my character files. Doing that just made the game crash instantly.

looks like renaming the saves folder where the stashes did seem to fix the issue but that could have either been the stashes or the settings or something causing trouble

You'll still need to update it a bit to latest...but it won't be THAT old, heh 😛

am i missing out on mod patches as well lol?

I would personally re-download the mod once launcher is on 2.4.3; just to be sure it didn't bork any of the mod files

Redownloading the mod and restarting the new launcher seems to have worked, I will post back if the issue happens again and this attemt is a fluke.
