Issues with Vault - Runes, Gems, and Charms

I've really been enjoying D2R Launch. The Vault is great for storing and sorting unique and set items.

When messing around I realized that I am unable to store more than one of the same gem or rune. I also cannot find any charms I put into the vault. When I filter just for charms, nothing shows up. The vault tabs only include unique and set items but no tabs for magic or normal items. Are there some features I'm missing to better sort through my vault?

Sorry for the necro but I'm having the exact same issue with gems and runes. When I pull out one out of the Vault the others have disappeared. I'm using the latest version of Llamugy. Is there any way I could help to troubleshoot this?

Correct, my fault. I misread your earlier message a bit. It's "normal" for it to happen with misc items like that.
The vault is meant for mods....and most mods use their own bag system, stacking, etc.

Also running into this. Not a big deal just doing some simple testing with ort runes but it seems like the issue is they all just get given a seed of 0 so anything beyond the 1st one just gets lost. Haven't tested all item types but no issues with charms or magic items like mentioned above, they all seem fine so far.

I also tried installing a stacking mod to handle runes and gems (Stackit) but then ran in to issues with the vault failing to load at all when those items were in the shared stash
