Trying to update the remmoded and after clicking on the green line it becomes dull and unresponsive.

I think you are missing "mymodversion.txt" from remodded.mpq folder. This was a bug that came with version 1.2.6 of launcher that I have fixed for next version.

Please place this file in there and try again:
