#Novu V2: Self-hosted Bridge Endpoint: required?

Dear Novu,

Novu V2 architecture changes are a lot to wrap your head around.
I have Dev version of V2 deployed and preparing production version - evaluating feature parity to V0.24

Please confirm if below is true:

  1. Bridge Endpoint is always required to be deployed for any notifications to trigger
  2. Bridge Endpoint has to be deployed per Environment - and connected in Dashboard
  3. UI (non code) workflow creation from Dashboard is Cloud-only . Only params exposed in controlSchema are available non code editing available in OSS right now

  1. Correct, bridge endpoint is required.
  2. I’ll let @upper escarp take that one.
  3. Correct, this would update in April with the release of the dashboard in OSS.

for 2, yes we recommend using different bridge URL for each environment
