Steps:

  • Make a basic workflow like above
  • Don't add anything for Email
  • Try to update In-App

Actual:
Shows error: Email subject is missing!

Expected:
No error on updating In-App

Clicking the update button saves the complete workflow.
But I agree it should save step only
