Hey Pawan, thanks for the quick answer, also I want to trigger a promotional email to some of the predefined users, is there a way I can trigger them directly from novu instead of writing code

Yes few email providers expect that receivers email to be verified
It totally depends on which provider you are using

No no I already have the template I want to use, I just want to know is there a way I can use novu dashboard to send out those emails or I need to write a custom endpoint in my codebase and then in that trigger novu

Yes you will have to trigger from your end

Novu has test workflow functionality, but for sending to bulk user, I would suggest you use either our api or any of SDK
