How effective is a power card? Are they beneficial to your decks?

it depends on the PC, for example, One Man Band PC is useful to build PC walls or for support. Some like Cocktail Lana PC, dont have high enough skill values to make a big impact. Usually for me, the support type of PCs are more useful than the offensive ones.
