Bumping this is useless, no one here can help. You'll have to wait for support to respond. And if you are bumping your support ticket too, you're just returning it to the end of the queue.

Hi there. Support can take some time when they're swamped with tickets. It should be pretty clear if you received your reward or not, so they should be able to help out!

It's only a #730 Ranking in a Melee, it shouldn't be this hard..........

If your ticket has gone more than 48 hours during business days without you bumping it, try a new one. Also make sure the email you have registered is correct and that the response didn't get sent to the spam box.

Indeed. You should have received a response last week. I'd try sending another ticket if you haven't.
