Has anyone else experienced cloudy cards on screen? I have a couple of character cards that are just clouds right now.

That is an indication that your game failed to load an asset and stuck with the default image instead. Usually fixed by a refresh. Or clearing your cache. Or a reinstall.

I am playing on the website tho. Do I have to clear the browser cache?

That should clear by default when you close the browser, but it can't hurt to try.
