Because offerwall is stupid. Contact their customer support. Doesn't make any sense that you could skip and not get credit for levels.

The biggest joke will be you can only send them 1 ticket and wait until they worked it out. After this you can send another ticket for another tasks. They tell you they can’t finish more than one task with one ticket so you have to send one ticket for every task missing^^ spoiler: they need like 1-2weeks to work on every ticket so until you get all gems will be like a month or two or maybe more ^^
