#Can't watch ads on browser

On my browser based playing, clicking the button to watch ads does nothing. I checked different browsers, restarted them both, and it does nothing. I have heard from at least two other guildmates that they're experiencing the same issue. I haven't changed any settings from yesterday. I can watch ads on my mobile version but REALLY need to be able to access on my computer too!

I tried to allow all the cookies, but it has no effect.

So I played (and won) 3 card monte 3 times to get 10 gems 🤣 And reloaded game 3 times. 2 for monte. And once for ad crate. Or was it two too?

And that's how it freezes in Adventure if you try to play ads. In inventory or in that tv-thingie you just can't press the button

Yep same problem here. Raised a report and said they would look into it. And what a surprise it’s got worse and they’ve done absolutely nothing about it which I expected

I cant watch ads or do research, half the game is unplayable. Whoever is paying these devs needs to fire them and get better devs (or probably project managers)

Tried Brave browser. Tried also with Hola VPN via USA. Same as Chrome. Not working.

I've been experiencing this since last night. Hope they fix it as ad-boosts are a necessary part of the game (research, etc).

My guild mates are also reporting that's ads are working again. Is anyone still having issues? If so, try a full reboot. Yes, that's likely overkill, a full close of the browser should be enough, but try it before contacting support.
