It seems like RevU was removed from the app (given the recent decision to move away from it on mobile); however, I had an open ticket that I'm awaiting resolution on and am no longer able to check its status. Is there a new way to see any status updates to open tickets?

You could see it on the RevU website, however, it wouldn't say anything other than "accepted", "denied", or "pending".
I did receive a response from Kongregate support for a long email thread that was not useful and seemed like they won't be doing anything with these types of support tickets even though they were before the announcement that they would be removing RevU.
