I think the Guild Island should say "Rumble Soon" instead of "Siege Soon" as rumble starts in 14 hours and Siege isn't for another 4 days.

Its a good report. Thank you. They confirmed it should be showing both so they are investigating. Unfortunately it is well past office hours their time so it probably won't be fixed immediately
