I have a semi-solid proof for text below - I DO NOT KEEP unupgraded double and quad cards - 100% of my fused cards are upgraded - see attached video

Do all the upgraded fused and quad cards show a lower level when you click on them?
And I'm little confused when you say you don't keep doubles and quads that aren't upgraded? Wouldn't that mean you would have recycled unupgraded cards, that would then end up in buyback?
Either way, it does look weird that the card level changes when you click on it🤔

I can tell you exactly what happened.
Any cards recycled before buyback accidentally went live reset to base level 1 no matter if single/dual or quad so single 1/dual 1 or quad 1
After that it remembered the level. Basically anyone that recycled before official launch got robbed. I have plenty at quad 1 that were all quad 6. Yes it's slightly cheaper to buy them back but you have to spend 1025 giggitywatts again to max it. This is on legendary.
Candy tornado. 3 quads base level 1 (before buyback) 1 quad level 6(after buyback) all were quad level 6.
