You should stick to one art style first, honestly f art styles. Your strokes need work and that is basic. Brush work and rendering needs a ton of work too

You can draw and study other people's artwork but you should draw from still pictures too or you'll never learn to draw organic shapes and values yourself so stylizing them is a whole different story
