There's some bug where u get killed by guard's. If u play as a fm player and completely lost all 3 Heart health and then player shoot you while you're the FM Guard, there is this bug where you don't respawn.

So for me, when I died in the escape as frontman player I obviously respawned as the frontman guard. But when you get killed by a player of the opposite team, you cannot respawn and after a short period of time the usual death cinematic for players start.
