So, my suggestion is very complex and i doubt that it will be take in consideration but here's the thing :

So my idea is to implement a usable knife that ONE SHOTS the opponents, but wait. The frontman will be the only one to have it. As frontman guard he will be able to give it to somebody, and as a player he will be able to have it himself. If he dies a player can pick it up. It's usable once per game of course and you can not use it in game, only in the dormitory.

Frontman guard will be more interesting and killing the frontman player will be more taken into consideration

also usable in Lights Outs and Final Dinner

Please, don't disagree on this suggestion before taking a great look at it and all the opportunitys it will give. The knife will be a one time usable item, trust your partners but not too much 🤫

I don't really get people saying frontman player should get a buff, frontman guard in the other hand needs something that could make it equally selectable
