I've seen a lot of times, especially on penta and marbles, when people are just leaving so their team can finish.
So make it that when someone on penta leaves, 1 of the other his teammates must play his game. It won't disturb gameplay so much as leavers do now
And also idk if that's possible but make people who leave not just disappear but die so guards can clean up them
