Hiii!! I see in your announcement that only the play75 will be available for US shipping in the drop- have you guys considered adding the novelties as optional selection to the purchase with the play75 for those who may want and are in the US? I also can’t recall, but are you still offering the metal artisan with the play75?

hi! for this drop, only the play75 will be available for US shipping - no add-ons or novelties, and no promotions
to explain a bit more: current US tariffs are 20% on keyboards and 45% on accessories. we’re covering the 20% fee on the play75 (about $42 per board), but we can’t do the same for other items like keycaps or artisans, which would cost even more in duties.
we don’t want anyone in the US to get unexpected charges after placing an order which is why we decided to cover it. although for most items we simply can’t, the play75 is a bit of an exception because we really wanted to make it available - even if it meant stretching on our end.
the good news is we’ve secured a US warehouse and hope to resume full operations soon. once that’s in place, we’ll be able to bring back more items and promos for our US customers. thanks so much for understanding!
